Marketing Manager
Mindful Mgmt is a management and online education company supporting authors, speakers, educators, founders, and public-facing leaders with communications, visibility, launches, and audience growth. The company operates two divisions:
Mindful Mgmt (Client Services): Supports a roster of clients with newsletters, social content, launches, and audience engagement.
Mindful Courses: A continuing education platform for mental health professionals. We curate CE courses from emerging and innovative educators working at the intersection of trauma-informed care, neurodivergence, somatics, and social justice.
We are an early-stage, fast-moving company with a small, high-ownership team.
The Role
We are hiring a part-time Marketing Manager to support email marketing, content execution, launch campaigns, and marketing systems across both divisions. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role with strategic input. You will be responsible for building and running campaigns and helping to build the marketing infrastructure for both divisions. You’ll work closely with the founder, fractional COO, and client managers to support both internal marketing and client deliverables.
You should be comfortable:
Building email funnels and automations
Writing clear, non-generic marketing copy
Executing launches end-to-end
Connecting tools and workflows (e.g., via Zapier)
What You’ll Do
Build and manage email campaigns, flows, and automations (Klaviyo or similar)
Create and implement email strategies (welcome, nurture, launch, evergreen, re-engagement)
Use Zapier to connect tools and automate workflows
Write and schedule social content (primarily Instagram and LinkedIn)
Execute course launch campaigns for Mindful Courses from start to finish (email, social, assets, coordination)
Support Mindful Mgmt client work (newsletters, launches, campaigns, audience growth)
Repurpose long-form content into email, social, and evergreen assets
Maintain content calendars and campaign tracking in Notion
Coordinate with instructors, affiliates, collaborators, and internal team members
Ensure consistency across brand voice and marketing touchpoints
Maintain SOPs, workflows, and campaign documentation
Review performance and make practical recommendations for improvement
What We’re Looking For
3-5 years of experience in marketing, email, or digital product marketing
Strong hands-on experience with Klaviyo or a similar ESP
Ability to build email flows, segments, and automations independently
Comfort using Zapier (or similar tools) to connect systems
Strong writing and communication skills
High attention to detail (accuracy, formatting, links, consistency)
Strong execution skills across email, social, and partnerships
Organized, self-directed, and comfortable working asynchronously
Ability to manage multiple brands, clients, and timelines
Strong Plus (Not Required)
Experience with course launches or digital education products
Experience supporting authors, therapists, coaches, or public-facing experts
Experience with Claude and LLMs
Familiarity with Notion, Squarespace, Figma, and scheduling tools
Basic design skills (Canva or Figma)
Experience building lead magnets or evergreen funnels
Compensation
